I’m considering trying Actilis 20 mg (tadalafil) and wanted to ask how does it affect blood pressure? I’ve read that it can cause a drop in blood pressure, especially when taken with nitrates or other meds. For someone with slightly low or borderline BP, is it still safe to use?

Have any of you experienced dizziness, lightheadedness, or headaches after taking Actilis? I’d love to hear how it affected your energy levels and heart rate, too. Did you take it with food or on an empty stomach?

If you’re on any other meds for hypertension or heart issues, how did your doctor advise you? I’m trying to stay safe while getting the best results in the bedroom.
